When water evaporates it has to absorb energy.  What happens to the temperature of the air surrounding the water as energy is removed?  What happens to the temperature of your skin as your sweat evaporates?

When you sweat the energy from your body goes to your skin and then it will evaporate in the air.Then you skin cools off!

When you sweat the sweat evaportates. SO basiccly you skin cools off when sweat releases off of your body. This is an example of endothermic.

When we sweat, our body produces enery and the energy is coming from our skin and it is making the sweat evaporites. when it evaporites you can feel your body being cooled down!
